Irrigation Services
Spring Activation
Properly waking up your system is critical to preventing damage after the winter freeze. We don't just turn the valve on; we follow a careful pressurization process to avoid high water pressure that can burst pipes.
Zone-by-Zone Inspection: We run every single zone to visually inspect spray heads and rotors.
Coverage Check: We adjust nozzles to ensure head-to-head coverage, minimizing dry spots and ensuring water is landing on the turf, not your driveway or siding.
System Health & Controller Management
Irrigation is not a "set it and forget it" tool. As temperatures rise and rainfall fluctuates, your controller must adapt to ensure your turf gets exactly what it needs—no more, no less.
Seasonal Adjustments: We program your controller based on current climate changes in your area, increasing frequency during the warmest days of summer and dialing it back in cooler months to prevent root rot and fungus.
Leak Detection & Repair: A small leak can waste thousands of gallons of water. We actively inspect for "weeping" valves, broken lines, or wet spots in the yard that indicate underground fractures. Whether it's a broken head or a severed line from root growth, we handle all repairs efficiently.
Winterization
In our climate, failing to winterize is the fastest way to destroy an irrigation system. Water left in the pipes will freeze and expand, shattering PVC and brass components.
Compressed Air clearing: We use professional-grade air compressors to force all water out of the main line, valves, and lateral lines.
Component Protection: We ensure the backflow preventer and manifold are completely clear of moisture, effectively "putting the system to sleep" so it remains intact and ready for the following spring.
